Camera FastFFF a few minutes typing something that a normal 3D printer takes hours.
Engineers changed a few arrangements in and around the print head, and also added a laser to the accelerated melting of the plastic raw materials. The result is a camera FastFFF, which can for a few minutes to print something that a normal 3D printer takes hours.
More specifically, the issue volume of the prototype is 127 cm3/h, which is about seven times higher than commercially available models, and at maximum speed it reaches 282 cm3/h, 14 times faster than typing the same printers in the same solution.
Now the inventors have a new challenge before they can finally announce the success of its project is to increase the speed of the printing process means that the previous layer does not have time to fully harden, which can lead to distortion of the shape and quality of the part. So they have to figure out a way to cool the layer. However, engineers are confident that they will succeed.
