As explained in court, within criminal proceedings the appeal to the Russian court, it is impossible, with regard to treason Yanukovych in favor of Russia.
The judge said that Yanukovych has provided ample opportunities to take part in the meeting.
The defense has requested a recess to consult with his client but the judge refused.
