Russia may officially recognize the aggressor, a number of States.
In the Administration of the President of Petro Poroshenko completed the agreement with the international partners of the bill on the peculiarities of state policy for the restoration of Ukrainian sovereignty over the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass.

“Consultations with partners. They actually are co-authors of the project”, – said the source.
Under this bill, Ukraine will adopt the occupied status of the territories ORDO and lay all responsibility on the occupier – Russian Federation.
“It will strengthen our position in court against Russia,” – say in the office Poroshenko and noted that “because the document of the Russian Federation will be officially named as the aggressor in Ukraine, the presidential administration believes that this will lead to a Domino effect and the Russian Federation recognizes the aggressor, a number of other States.”
The document will go to the registration of the Verkhovna Rada in the near future. The developers of the law hope that it will be adopted for one plenary week. And this is fundamentally because October 18 is the deadline of action of the law on special order of local self-government in separate districts of Donbas.
