According to the “law Savchenko” one day pre-trial detention counts as two days of imprisonment with terms of court sentence.
Therefore, after the passage adopted by the Parliament of the bill, in Ukraine a preliminary conclusion, again will be counted by the court in the case of imprisonment, the sentence “the day”.
Add in the national police has estimated that within two years because of the “law Savchenko” at will before his time could reach 50 thousand criminals.
