In Kharkov militiamen exposed an interregional criminal group of online fraudsters that are sending text messages about winning a car and had lured the unsuspecting Ukrainians large amounts.
As told the head of state of Ukraine in the Kharkov area Anatoly Dmitriyev, fraud was involved in four of Donetsk, which are used for illegal activities Internet sites and sending messages with text happy winning the car.
