In the Kiev region dumped environmentally hazardous waste.
Today, may 21, at night in the village of Podgortsy, Kiev region unloaded the debris from the Lviv region.
About it reports Department of communications of the police region.
Unloading of waste was noticed by the citizens. According to them, the trucks poured the trash on the ground, and the bulldozer has flattened the surface with the soil. On the scene arrived police and SOG.
“It became clear that the vehicles have license plates in Kiev region and Kiev, according to invoices and documents, 20 tons of hazardous wastes brought from Lviv, some of which have already managed to unload”, – stated in the message of Department of communication.
Militiamen find out all circumstances of incident and hold events for establishment of persons, involved in organization of illegal transportation of waste.
On this fact the investigative openly criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 239 (misappropriation of soil cover (surface layer) land, if it created danger to life, human health or the environment) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
