The case against suspended head of the GFS today will be sent to the court.
Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP) presented the indictment is dismissed the head of the State fiscal service (GFS) Novel Nasirova. The case will be forwarded to the court today, reported on page offices in Facebook on Friday, November 10.
According to the Agency, the act also handed head of Department SFS.
“Since the opening of the criminal proceedings more than three months passed… the defense has not provided evidence that could indicate the need for changes of legal qualifications of criminal offences, and especially closing criminal proceedings”, – stated in the SAP.
The Agency believe in the existence of “undeniable evidence to commit the suspects alleged crimes” and hope that the trial will be held within a reasonable time.
In SAP also hope that the court within five days from the date of receipt of the indictment will appoint a preliminary hearing “as well as emergency judge, given the complexity of criminal proceedings and the extraordinary public outcry that it caused”.
