Nasirov do not agree with the process.
Suspended Chairman of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov has stated that it will appeal to the European court of human rights after he is sentenced.
He said this to journalists.
According to him, he’s going to go to ESPL with any conviction, because I do not agree.
Nasirov also stated that in case the court will appoint him a Deposit of 2 billion hryvnia, then he can’t pay because he had no such amount. Moreover, Nasirov said that even if his friends will be this amount or they decide to chip in, it will be against.
“We will defend ourselves… to appeal,” he said.
