Illicit enrichment in the declarations 2015-2016 no sure yet.
The Declaration of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for 2015 and 2016 checked with the National Agency on corruption prevention (NACP). They are not identified conflict of interest and signs of illicit enrichment, and also the accuracy of the declared information. This is stated in the message on the website of NACP.
“By results of check by authorised officers of the NACP has established the accuracy of the information declared in the returns for the years 2015 and 2016. The accuracy of evaluation of the declared assets and is consistent with data obtained from existing sources. Also revealed no conflict of interest and signs of illicit enrichment,” – said in the message.
If we implement the full verification of declarations NACP used the information obtained from the National automated information system of the Department of the state traffic Inspectorate, the State ship registry of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine, the state register of rights to immovable property, State register of mortgages, the Unified register of prohibitions of alienation of immovable property, State register of civil aircrafts of Ukraine.
In addition, the Agency used the data of the State land cadastre, the Unified state register of legal entities, individuals – entrepreneurs and community groups, the State register of individuals – taxpayers, state register of patents of Ukraine for inventions, utility models, industrial designs and marks for goods and services, as well as information received to the queries from public authorities.
NACP refused to provide information to the State fiscal service and head Department GFS in the city of Kyiv regarding information on the amounts paid out of income subject to the Declaration and members of his family for the period from 1998 to 2014, and the Department of preventive activities of the National police.
