Promising Ukrainian defender Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk upcoming summer may be in the strongest basketball League in the world.
His candidacy for the NBA and the pupil “Cherkasy Map” exposes without an agent, which allows the Ukrainians to may 24 to give up their plans to get back to Kansas and spend the fourth and final season at the collegiate level.
“Kansas has prepared me for this opportunity. After talking with coach, family and teammates, I plan to work hard and bring my game to a new level. To play in the NBA is everyone’s dream, and entering the draft without an agent allows me to see where I am after the combine and workouts,” said Mikhailyuk in comments to the official website of the University of Kansas.
It is expected that mykhailiuk will participate in a series of workouts for NBA clubs. If the Ukrainians to get a real prospect to be selected in the NBA draft, then try to start a career at the highest level.
For three years in Kansas Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk played 97 matches (31 in the starting five). Basketball player with experience of playing in the national team of Ukraine, average per game, scored 6.3 points.
