Club English Premier League Manchester city are close to signing the midfielder, Monaco and Portugal’s Bernardo Silva.
Bernardo Silva had the best season of his career – the 22-year-old native of Lisbon, has attracted the attention of Bayern Munich, real Madrid and Chelsea, but the more successful the rest were representatives of Manchester city.
