Serious violations identified on eight different routes.
From 9 November on the territory of Kiev have already checked 12 route carriers, resulting in eight routes found violations, some carriers will terminate the contract. This was reported in the press service of Kyiv city state administration.
It is noted that employees of the State service of Ukraine on security in the transport Department of the Kyiv city state administration on issues of transport infrastructure of Kyiv as well as the crews of the patrol police, 9 November have already checked the bus 12 carriers, resulting in irregularities in buses plying on routes №№201, 459, 421, 581, 464, 565, 518, 416.
Acts were drawn up on such violations as a lack of protocols for compulsory technical control of vehicles, damage to seats of transport, lack of temporary registration documents, the presence of foreign objects in the cabin, etc.
“The two carriers will terminate the contracts. This week checks drafted legislation on 7 carriers in which the identified violations. The problem is that the carriers are not afraid of punishment, because the penalties that can now write Ukrtranslizing and Netpolice, 200, 500 and 1000 UAH. Therefore, now imperative to amend the law to strengthen the responsibility of carriers for violation of requirements of safety of passenger traffic”, – said in the KSCA.
