Video causes mixed feelings. On the one hand, the movie is catchy from the start and demonstrates a good “practical” effects (thanks to Javier Boteco for participation!). On the other hand, to the final interest gradually fades, but in our heads, literally, with thunder and lightning pounding a certain number of cheap CGI from, it seems, from the last century.

Trying to get back into action after a tragic professional setbacks, FBI special agent Darius Francis arrives in a small town in North Dakota, to investigate the disappearance of a local woman and her young son. At first everything points to the missing spouse. Banal everyday crime? However, it soon turns out that the secluded farmhouse of this family hides secrets far more terrible and even disgusting horrors, which are difficult to represent in a sound state of mind.

From myself I will add that the debutant Director clay Straub (he himself wrote the script) has experience shooting in advertising, and most importantly – worked with the Director of the second crew of Zack Snyder in the remake of “dawn of the dead” – so not so inexperienced a man. The main roles in the film (in addition to the always magnificent Javier Botet) played Amanda Shull (TV series “12 monkeys”), Milo Ventimiglia (TV’s “Heroes”) and Shawn Ashmore (TV’s “Followers” and not only).
