From Lvov paid 17 thousand hryvnias of a penalty for e-Commerce.
The entrepreneur, who sold goods via the Internet, imposed a fine for trading without a authorization documents.
In the se DFS in the Lviv region received a complaint on the fact of implementation of economic activity without proper permits.By results of check by employees of management of taxes and charges from physical persons it was established that the citizen R. carried out activities without state registration, namely traded industrial goods through the Internet.
To the citizen was imposed by the Protocol in accordance with part 1 of article 164 of the Code of Ukraine “On administrative violations” and the case is directed to court for decision.
The judicial body considers the Protocol on administrative offense and the decision on imposition of penalty in 1 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or UAH 17,000.
In appeal the court refused. The taxpayer the amount of adminshtraf paid to the budget in full.
