The court in Poltava recognized the occupied Donetsk city as part of the so-called “Donetsk national Republic”.
This is stated in the decision of October district court of 16 June 2016.
Then it was decided, indicating the Donetsk city, in the “Donetsk people’s Republic”.
This is evidenced by the copy of the resolution from the Unified registry of court decisions.
We are talking about the case when the plaintiff was asked to establish the fact of the death of her brother, who lived in Donetsk. The woman wanted to obtain a death certificate of a relative.
The court chaired by the judge, Tymoshenko N. In. and Secretary Boiko A. V. upheld the statement. And in his decision wrote, the name of the city Donetsk and in brackets – “Donetsk national Republic”. As a rule, indicate the country to which belongs the locality.
Thus, the court actually admitted the so-called “DNR” and Ukrainian occupied city in its composition.
