The next step of the Cabinet of Ministers after the launch of the public a public register of reimbursement of value added tax (VAT) will be e-customs.
This was stated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman, reported on the website of the Cabinet.
“The system that starts to work now, must have existed for a long time. Previously, the VAT issue is resolved in the manual mode, but we managed to change this situation. Decisions have been made, they will be implemented. And is the next step. The first was the introduction of a system ProZorro, the second step is the electronic Declaration, the third step – the electronic VAT refund. The fourth step is very important – electronic customs. And here I think we need to concentrate and work mechanisms,” the Premier said.
He also added that on this issue now work as the Finance Ministry, the State fiscal service.
Groisman also said that the system be monitored “24 hours a day, seven days a week”, to avoid attempts to interfere in it or external threats.
“It is now important that now the system works automatically and transparently”, – said the Prime Minister.
