After former MP for the surrender of the Crimea to the Russian Federation became interested in the Prosecutor’s office.
The Crimean Prosecutor’s office verifies the words of ex-people’s Deputy Andriy Artemenko for signs of treason.
“The investigation continues. We have sent the appropriate requests and international orders, and waiting for an answer, to make a final decision. Soon we will give a legal assessment of his statements, which were contained in his words, documents, events (in which Artemenko took part – the UNIAN) the elements of the crime related to treason,” – said Mammadov.
He added that he appointed a linguistic examination of the statements Artemenko.
