The lawyer believes the decision of the Kiev regional court illegal

“I believe that the decision of the investigative judge of the Kiev district court of Kharkov is biased, illegal, unreasonable, such that violates the rights and freedoms of the individual guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine, Criminal procedural code of Ukraine, Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and should therefore be abolished”, – the statement reads.
Note, November 8, judge Natalia Efimenko chose to Gennady Dronova a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 42 days without the right to bail. In custody, the suspect will be until December 19.
It was also reported that the court chose a measure of restraint for Zaitseva in the form of 60 days of detention. Was also denied the possibility of bail.
