The new economy Minister of Ukraine appointed Igor Petrashko, during his candidacy, voted 243 deputies of the Verkhovna Rada. On Tuesday, March 17, according to “Strenia”.
Applicant for a Ministerial portfolio was introduced in Parliament, Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal. He noted that Petrashko “extensive international links and vision.” He Petrashko said that he intends to support domestic producers in a situation of closure of markets, and create “the fundamental conditions for Ukrainian business in Ukraine feel good.”
Petrashko 44 years. Since April 2013 he worked in the agricultural holding’s Deputy General Director.
On March 4, the Verkhovna Rada has sent in resignation of the government Alexey Goncharuk and approved the new composition of the Cabinet headed by Megalam. Several Ministerial posts remained vacant.
