Analysts believe that the iPhone 8 will be released in two variants of internal flash memory — 64 GB and 256 GB.
IPhone series 8 will include three new models, one of which will receive AMOLED display and 3 GB of RAM.
New data on the possible new products Apple has announced in a report by Chinese research firm TrendForce.
On the basis of information received from supply chain, one of the three new iPhone will receive AMOLED display with a diagonal of 5.8 inches and a resolution of 2K. However, Apple will not implement the phone’s curved display design because of the problems with 3D glass.
Analysts believe that the iPhone 8 will be released in two variants of internal flash memory — 64 GB and 256 GB. According to the source, Apple really get rid of the home button and integrates its functions directly into the display. It is also likely the emergence of sensors required for face recognition and augmented reality.
Two other versions will receive a size 5.5 and 4.7 inches, respectively. These models will keep the LCD for its display. From the point of view of specifications of memory, a 5.5-inch model will have 3GB while the 4.7-inch model will have 2 GB.
According to estimates TrendForce, the output of the new iPhone for this year will be no less than 100 million units, of which the model with the AMOLED display will make up the largest share. The production volume of all iPhone in 2017, according to forecasts, will reach about 230 million units, representing annual growth of almost 6%.
