The Chinese company Xiaomi has named its official representative in Russia — the company “Smart orange”, and was faced with a very difficult task. As you know, the whole world in General and Russia in particular is flooded with fake Xiaomi smartphones, it will have to deal with them.
How you will to fight is still unknown, but will fall under attack and “grey” importers — those who are engaged in import of devices unofficially. In other words, if you’re not on the list of official distributors of Xiaomi, and if you carry its mobile phones from China, then you can sue. Outset that this applies only to bulk purchases, so if you want to buy a Xiaomi smartphone in China for myself with the purpose to break off the local retailers and not pay for their greed, then no one will touch.
Such measures in our country is quite logical, since small business in Russia has always been under attack, plus Xiaomi wants more money and because this year plans to open markets in different countries. Xiaomi sees Russia as a source of reliable profits, because in our country its smartphones very popular — at very low cost they are able to provide very good performance, same as the more expensive models from other brands.
