A week suspension of Russian oil transit Ukrtransnafta did not get 29.2 million of revenue. On Friday, may 3.
The company noted that they expect that the unfulfilled plans of oil supplies will be made up by increasing volumes until the end of the year.
Also clarifies that oil with a high content of chlorine in the transportation process does not cause harm to the pipeline company, and the absence today of direct damage to infrastructure makes irrelevant the question of such compensation.
According to the company, in the Ukrainian segment of the Druzhba pipeline is about 500 thousand tons of “dirty” oil.
The company pay attention to the fact that an emergency situation of this nature and scale was the first time for all history of existence of the pipeline. In this regard, Ukrtransnafta informed about the forced stop of transit of oil all authorized organizations and higher authorities of the country. Negotiations and consultations with the involved parties to work out possible ways out of the current situation continue.
Agreed by the participants of the process, the action plan includes the output of the Druzhba pipeline to normal operation by 20 may.
