Chocolate: best food for pregnant
American nutritionists and gynecologists were able to establish that the consumption of chocolate during pregnancy has a positive effect on the development of the pregnancy itself and its portability being a specialized protection against a variety of stressful situations and development of future babies.
Studied the relationship between amount eaten pregnancy chocolate and behavior of newborns. It was found that children born to lovers, chocolate was more active, less fearful, more laughing, and generally responded positively to the surroundings.
On the other hand the consumption of large quantities of chocolate products does not contribute to the beneficial effects, and by itself, the chocolate may cause a severe allergic reaction. While U.S. scientists can’t explain truly what is the reason for such positive effects on pregnancy and development of children, and try to calculate the optimal dose of chocolate, without damaging the organism expectant mothers and their children.
Reliable remains the fact that chocolate produces active substances that enhance the mood.
