The state Department commented on the decision to hold the trial at the MH-17 in the Netherlands.
The United States supports the decision of the Joint investigation group (SSS) on the holding in the Netherlands the trial for the case of the crash Malaysian Boeing MH17 in the Donbas in the summer of 2014. “We are fully confident in the ability of the criminal justice system of the Netherlands to come to direct and impartial decision. In that time, nearing the third anniversary of the tragic events, we once again extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims,” – said in a statement.
