Fighters ATO repulsed an attack by saboteurs near Granite.
Enemy sabotage-reconnaissance groups (DRG) tried to break into Ukrainian military positions near Hranitne.

As told by the commander mechanized company of one of the mechanized brigades, the days of the enemy dig for passenger cars tried to drive to the area of the strong points of the APU. They left the machine overnight and started moving towards the positions of the fighters ATO, however, the military has exposed the criminals. The Ukrainian military then noticed six saboteurs due to the thermal imager.
“Was warning shots, to avoid the possibility that it could be the civilian population. Inadequate behavior of these persons after warning shots helped us to determine that these people with weapons are the DRG opponent. They did not run, and Vice versa — started moving in our direction,” – said the commander.
According to him, as a result, APU fighters opened fire on the occupants from small arms, which resulted in the latter retreated.
“Contact fire occurred about five minutes, we watched them and determined the direction of their movement. Now check these directions with the engineers in the presence of explosive devices and by order of the commander will block this direction and we will continue to observe the enemy,” concluded the commander.
