A court in Kyiv has arrested 39-year-old man suspected of raping his own 9 year old daughter.
About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev.
The man is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 4 of article 152 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – rape of a minor, with serious consequences.
On the eve of the law enforcement authorities asked the aunt of the girl stating that her niece was discovered injuries. Checking the information, the police found signs of a crime. The girl was urgently hospitalized in a children’s hospital where he had emergency surgery. According to doctors, the child was threatened with danger to life due to massive blood loss.
