The tender of the Odessa police for the purchase of two cars on the basis of “GAZ-A21R22-50” to transport the arrestees was won by firm “the radial-Ukraine”.

All participants were offered prices in the range from 1,718 million to 1,724 million, government agencies in fact the expected cost is $ 1,724 million. But “radial-Ukraine” has reduced the price of 8,5 thousand hryvnias and gave him preference in determining the winner of the auction.
Thus militiamen have not checked that firm-the winner already appears in the criminal proceedings concerning the provision of false documents for supply of school buses in the Kiev region. And one of its founders and co-owners Vladislav Viktorovich Kulikov, according to media reports, conducts business on the territory of the Russian Federation.
