The investigative Committee of Russia opened another criminal case against the Ukrainian military for allegedly “use of prohibited means and methods of warfare”, according to the website of the Ministry.
In particular, a criminal case under part 1 of article 356 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. Ukrainian military accused of shelling cities in Donetsk region in the period from March 3 to March 10 of the current year, which have destroyed and damaged more than 50 buildings.
