Jost Langman called for the establishment of an anti-corruption court.
Permanent representative of the International monetary Fund in Ukraine Jost Longman assesses Ukraine’s losses from corruption in the 2% of GDP.
He said this in his speech at the 8th Ukrainian Investment Forum on Friday.
“In Ukraine there is a significant anti-corruption. Corruption costs the Ukraine in 2% economic growth, therefore, it is a question of economic prosperity,” said Longman.
He recalled that the next important step in this direction should be the creation of an anti-corruption court, which is one of the criteria for receipt of the next tranche to Ukraine from the IMF.
