Talking about the Marshall plan.
The European Union during the Eastern partnership summit, which will take place in Brussels on 24 November, is ready to offer Ukraine and other partners to access European external investment plan, but to raise the question of the Marshall plan will not. This was told by two senior officials of the European truth.
“European terms of foreign investment is the key new tool is beneficial for the Eastern partnership countries”, – said one of them reporters in Brussels.
The official also added that the plan includes, including the mobilization of private investment.

The official said that Ukraine could raise the issue, including about the “Marshall plan” if you want. “The purpose of any summit of this kind is that each partner can raise the issues that are important to him. We have no restrictions… If the Ukraine wants to raise this issue, we will be happy to listen”, – he added.
The official recalled that the EU has provided and continues to provide financial assistance to Ukraine.
