Now children with special needs will be easier to get an education.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on introducing changes into the organisation of inclusive education. Now to create an inclusive classroom will become easier, and children with special needs will have better access to education.
According to the decree, the head of the educational institutions may organize a class with inclusive education on the basis of statements of parents or legal guardians of the child with special needs, the conclusion of psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation and with the support of the relevant educational authorities.
It is assumed that every child with special needs the school will develop an individual development plan.
Lessons for these children will be based on the individual characteristics of their educational-cognitive activity, the dynamics of mental health and the like.
