The interior Ministry published the testimony of a suspect, according to which Nikolai Lyaskin himself booked.
The suspect in the attack on the head of the Moscow headquarters of Alexei Navalny reported that Nikolai Lyaskin paid to him for staging the attack.
This was reported by the press service GU MVD in Moscow.
The police said that the victim of the attack was taken to hospital and released after treatment, and the police on the given fact criminal case under article “hooliganism”.
“The suspect was arrested and taken to the police Department for further investigation. In his testimony, the detainee explained to the police that the victims he was previously familiar. To the question about the circumstances of the travelers explained that it happened in the headquarters that directs the victim”, – said the interior Ministry.
Police added that the suspect, he arrived in Moscow to “earn as a volunteer” and personally spoke with the victim about an hour.
“The man told the victim about the desire to make money, to which the latter invited him to stage a reward assaulting two people, one of whom was the victim. For these actions the victim suggested to the detainee 150,000 rubles (about $2,5 thousand – ed.) that was interested in the latter. As a Deposit the victim handed over the detainee to 10 000 rubles”, – stated in the message.
The Laskin wrote in Facebook that what is happening reminds him of provocation.
“Until late in the evening I get a lawyer sat in the police Department… but the lineup was not. And in the afternoon on Wednesday, the interior Ministry issues a release stating that the detainee can testify that I supposedly hired a citizen of Leningrad region to attack me. This, of course, complete nonsense,” he said.
According to the colleague Navalny, the procedure of identification was not carried out, and various telegram-channels began to circulate a photo of the detainee before the police.
“In this photo, the person who really came to the headquarters, and he came to the headquarters many times before this and wanted to meet and talk with me. He himself said that he came on a business trip from St. Petersburg and wants to help. I’m about 15 minutes talked with him in the headquarters with a large number of witnesses, it was immediately clear that this is a provocateur… During the conversation he even mentioned that there” – he stressed.
The Laskin added that the conversation ended in nothing.
“I do not understand, in what fevered mind could be born the idea that I might have had with him at least something to agree. Well as investigators imagine it? Came former urkagany, which is the first time I see, in the Moscow headquarters of the Leningrad region, and I said, “Hey, man! There is a great deluge for you.” And as give him the order to execute. So what? Well, it’s outright nonsense”, – he stressed.
The opposition leader suggested that the detained “shell of a man prepared for another provocation”, who decided “to hang up the attack”, and after a couple months of treatment in the mental hospital to go.
“Either this man really has no relation to the attack and just yesterday during the evening questioning it turned out the customers, which cannot be called, was born crazy version to do so, he began to testify to me. In any case, this new bottom level, and if the crime is solved is fine… all the thugs will realize that it is possible for anyone to send a madman with a pipe, and then in a brazen cheat, that the victim himself had ordered”, – he concluded.
