26 June 2017, the extraordinary General meeting of shareholders of the Bank adopted a New decision on termination of banking institutions, without closing a legal entity.
This is stated in the message Bank.
The Bank shall notify about blocking payment systems VISA and MasterCard from 1 August 2017. In this regard, the Bank offers its customers as quickly as possible, until July 31, inclusive, apply to close card accounts and obtain balances.
As noted, the cessation of activities will be held in accordance with article 2 of the law of Ukraine On simplification of procedures of reorganization and capitalization of banks.

Net loss of the Bank for the first quarter of 2017 made up 11.82 million.
