The company’s shareholders at the annual meeting in absentia, approved the final dividend of 18.07 rubles per share
Moscow. June 3. INTERFAX.RU Shareholders “Rosneft” at the annual meeting in absentia on June 2 approved a resolution on the payment of a final dividend of 18 cents 7 cents per share (total 191,5 bn), the company said.
Taking into account the payment of dividends for the I half of 2019 in the amount of RUB 34 kopecks. 15 per share, the total dividend per share for 2019 will amount to 33 rubles 41 kopecks. Thus, the total dividend for the year 2019 will be 354,1 billion.
The total amount of dividend payments “Rosneft” for 2018 was 274,6 billion rubles, and by the end of 2017 the shareholders ‘ dividends amounted to RUB 104 billion.
In the work of the AGMS was attended by the owners 90.8% of shares of “Rosneft”.

The largest shareholders of “Rosneft”, according to the register data as of may 21, are the state JSC “Rosneftegaz” (40.4 per cent), BP Russian Investments Limited (19,75%), Qatar QH Oil Investments was 18.93%, OOO “RN-Netcatalyst” – 9,6%, OOO “RN-Capital” is 0.33%. Glencore owns 0.57 percent.
