Police officers of Department of education of Solomyansky district in Kyiv city state administration and LLC “Children’s and sports grounds” in the embezzlement of 157 thousand UAH. budgetary funds at repair of the sports ground of the school №69 of Donetsk on the street.
This is evidenced by the decision of Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv on February 13.
According to the investigation, in 2015, the Department of education of the Solomenska RSA ordered LLC “Children’s and sports grounds” capital repairs (modernization and reconstruction) of sports fields for a total amount of 700 thousand UAH. On the basis of acts of the executed works Department transferred to the firm the entire amount.
It turned out that the coating system to AIBTM 1C is made of poor quality – has a heterogeneous structure and multiple “patches”. In addition, the thickness of the coating is 5 mm instead of the designed 10 mm. In the result, the actual cost of coverage is overestimated by almost half – 134 thousand UAH.
The gymnastics complex is made УТ118м not functional. The designs are very high (at a height of 3 and 2.9 m, respectively) and traumatic. Their use is prohibited.
The audit also showed that the metal structures in the field of welding two months of operation are rusted and require additional coating paint. In addition, the school has not received the Futsal ball price 1326 UAH.
The court granted the investigators Solomenskiy police Department Chief of Ukraine in Kiev, who are investigating the criminal proceedings, access to deals on capital repairs of playgrounds concluded between the customer and the contractor and between the LLC “Children’s and sports grounds” and OOO “MTK “inter”.
