In the end, they came to the conclusion that the main thing is not to follow some diet, but just increase the amount of protein in the diet.
It is primarily fish, meat, tofu, soy. The problem is that over the past half century in developed countries the amount of protein in the diet of the people has fallen dramatically. This led to what appeared the problem of obesity, as increased amounts of fats and carbohydrates in food.
A sufficient amount of protein in food helps to normalize weight and hunger. It is important that the diet was a balance between proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
