So, put up for sale the building No. 4 of the plant and 1.4 hectares of land on the street Moscow, 8 in the Pechersk district of Kiev. According to the information SETS, the building area is 37.9 thousand sq m.
“The building and land, located in the historical centre of the capital, have a huge future commercial development,” said CEO SETS Victor Vishnev.
It is noted that the auction will be held on 29 January 2018. The starting price of the lot will be 561 million UAH, the minimum auction step – 0,5% of the initial price, the Deposit – UAH 56.1 million.
According to the data of the state register, the owner of the Arsenal plant is GKAU. Now the main activity of the company is manufacture of wooden containers.
The authorized capital of the Arsenal plant is 137,7 million UAH.
