The suspect elected a measure of restraint in form of detention
In the Kiev region in Brovary district, a man was stabbed. The victim died on the spot.
The malefactor was detained by militiamen.
Police established that two men were in the forest in Brovary district where alcoholic beverages. Between them there was a quarrel, which resulted in the 27-year-old man inflicted knife wounds to the opponent.
From the received traumas the victim died on the spot. The malefactor was detained.
Staff Brovarsky Prosecutor’s office reported to the detainee about suspicion in Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of UK of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years.
At this point, the suspect elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.
Pre-judicial investigation is on control in office of public Prosecutor.
As previously reported, in Kiev killed a man with a knife in the chest. Known that the deceased had a permanent residence and kept a system by writing the hobo way of life.
