MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin urged being cautious about increasing the penalties, as, for example, the introduction of a fine for speeding in 5 thousand roubles unaffordable for many people.
“In developing the new Code of administrative offences was proposed to increase the fines for drivers speeding up to 5 thousand rubles. For many it is simply unbearable. We have not yet achieved such growth of wages to increase penalties,” he said at a government meeting.
