Testing new products lasted for 25 months, during which it was built 150 prototypes. The car was tested in four countries, at several racetracks, including the nürburgring and Nardo, but also in the deserts and hot climate of the Middle East and the Arctic circle. In total, the car drove about 400 laps on the “Nordschleife”.

New E-Pace will compete with the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, Audi Q3 and Lexus NX.
