Natskomissiya raises tariffs by 10-15% for industrial enterprises.
From 1 January 2018 Ukraine will be growth in electricity tariffs for industrial consumers by 10-15%. The journalists said the head of the National Commission carrying out regulation in the energy and utilities (NKREKU) Vovk.
According to him, the change rates significantly affect inflation, the change of the hryvnia and the growth of wages in the country. “If that’s all to sum up, it is likely that the change will be in the range of 10-15%,” – said Vovk.
Earlier it was reported that from the beginning of 2017, Ukrainian companies increased the tariffs for electricity. Thus, the national Commission allowed the suppliers of electricity at regulated tariff (oblenergo) from 1 January 2017 to calculate the electricity tariffs for industrial consumers with monthly growth of not more than 3% from the previous month.
At the end of December 2016 NKREKU first approved in January 2017 differentiated electricity tariffs for industry. Since the tariff rates are reviewed monthly by the regulator on the basis of submissions from power companies.
Also, the national Commission raised the electricity tariffs for Ukrenergo and Energoatom.
