The Pension Fund said, who will have the right to pension on superannuation.
In the case of the adoption of the pension reform in persons who, at the time of entry into force of the bill will have the necessary experience, the right to pension on superannuation not pick up. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund Vladislav Mashkin at the briefing.
“The right to seniority is fixed on the date of entry into force of the bill. If a person will already have it right, then they can use when they want to,” he explained.
According to him, if the teacher or the doctor at the time of entry into force of the pension reform will have the necessary experience for the job, he will be able to exercise this right through, for example, 3 or 5 years.
At the same time Mashkin reminded that persons who have retired on superannuation are not eligible to hold office, allows you to assign this type of pension.
As previously reported, the project of pension reform involves the abolition of the right to retire on superannuation in a number of categories of workers, including doctors and teachers.
