The negotiations on this issue have already begun.
“Islamic state” has begun negotiations with “al-Qaeda” about a possible Alliance against the background of the liberation of Mosul by Iraqi forces, said Vice President of Iraq Ayad Allawi.
“The discussion has already begun,” he said.
The Vice-President added that negotiations are the leader of the “business” of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of “al-Qaeda” Ayman al-Zawahiri.
“It is unclear how the two groups will work together,” said A. Allawi.
It is worth noting that the terrorist group “Idil” lost their positions in Mosul, but still controls the city of Qaim, Hawija and tal afar in Iraq and raqqa in Syria.
“Even if the ”Islamic state “will lose all territory in Iraq, the Islamists will not simply go,” — added A. Allawi.
