In the beginning of 2018 in Ukraine can appear independent of the customer, are responsible for the financing of the health system, the national health service (NCSU). This was announced by Deputy health Minister Pavlo Kovtonyuk.
“I have a lot of draft regulations to implement the law on the state financial guarantees tried and tested, we expected the adoption of the bill. One of them – a government decree on the establishment of NCSU. As soon as the President signs the law No. 6327, we will submit a draft resolution to the Cabinet. This will happen in early 2018,” he said.
Kovtonyuk noted that, according to the adopted on Thursday law, to the creation of NSSO the financing of the health system will be implemented in the order determined by the Cabinet.
“It will be a transition period. Before funding will be doing, NCSU, I think that with very high probability, it will temporarily perform the Ministry of health. But it will be with a clear deadline in a few months, no longer than until NCSU is created and until all the formalities will not be completed until it is complete”, he said.
Kovtonyuk reported that on the creation of NCSU has a team of about 20 people. To appoint the head of NCSU will the Cabinet.
“The appointment is the right of the Cabinet. We have this position in exchange for votes will not promise, we wait for the creation of NSSO”, – he said.
