In Vladivostok there was a tragedy – the 29-year-old unemployed Chinese man strangled a little boy who lived next door with his parents. That baby was gone, it became known on 14 August, a few days in the apartment rented by the citizen of China, was found a large bag, in which lay the corpse of the boy.
This was reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Vladivostok.
As it turned out, the child left his apartment and disappeared. Parents raised the alarm as soon as he discovered that his son was not home. It was looking a few hundred people together with police officers. Found in a neighbor’s apartment dead. According to the medical examiner, a 4-year-old boy was strangled to death.
The apartment tenant with a monstrous discovery was delayed. When it is brought to the street, the parents and relatives of boy attacked with fists on the offender. If not for the police, the murderer would have been executed right there.

In a press-service SK of the Russian Federation Vladivostok noted that previously the Chinese had been brought to justice for acts of pedophilia. Also, he had problems with mental health. At the time of the murder of the child the man was drunk, as in the day when he was detained by police. He informed the investigator that is in deep depression and another way to explain the reason for the brutal killings of a neighbor boy can’t.
