The investigators in the Stavropol region opened a criminal case against two promoters who have wounded from a traumatic gun multiple world and European champion in kickboxing Zurab Faroyan and his brother.
“According to investigators, the suspects were promoters of the athlete, which previously they had a conflict over professional activities. To resolve differences, the young people agreed to meet at one of the entrances to the city of Essentuki. It is noted that the suspect had left the scene because there was approached by acquaintances of the victims. The victims were hospitalized.
The case was initiated under article about attempt at murder of two persons committed by a group of persons in respect of the two brothers. “Currently, the investigator already made the inspection of the scene, the court directed the petition for election of a suspect measure of restraint in form of detention”, — stated in the message.
