The man has already declared suspicion under part 1 of article 186 UK of Ukraine (robbery). He faces a penalty of a fine of 50 to 100 free minima of the income of citizens or public works for a term of 120 to 240 hours, or corrective works for the term up to 2 years or arrest for up to 6 months, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 4 years.
