According to recent reports, the hostage-taking occurred in the Madrid district of Usera on the street Dolores Barranco. Next to the Bank branch is the municipal Council and police station.
Witnesses reported that at 9:50 a.m. at the Bank branch became an armed man about 60 years old and began to threaten the branch Manager. Then he was given money. However, the robber left the Bank and remained inside with several hostages. Apparently, he wants the police provided him with a safe taking money out of the branch.
