The car Zaporozhye businessman was attacked by the driver of the truck of the supermarket chain “ATB”.
The incident occurred on November 23 about 2 hours a day in the Shevchenko district of Zaporozhye. Near the shop “ATB” that the Charivna street, the driver of the truck couldn’t leave because of a big congestion of cars. The man began to behave inadequately in full force was signaling to passing cars, shouting obscene curses.
Looking at the aggressive behavior of the employee “ATB”, the driver of “Mercedes” made the man remark. After the cars were able to miss, the truck driver felt offended and began to chase the “offender”.
According to the owner of a passenger car, the employee “ATB”, violated traffic rules, drove on forbidding signal of a traffic light with a speed of 80 km/h.
But the driver of the truck, “ATB” has not calmed down. Continuing the aggressive “push” on its large-sized cars travelling ahead of the Mercedes, the man began shouting to the owner of the car that will kill him. When the car reached the street Ivanov, the employee of “ATB” got out of the car and began to pull the car door, then struck several blows with a hand on the roof of the car and fled.
The driver of “Mercedes” written statement to the Zhovtnevy police Department and called the hotline of the network of supermarkets “ATB”. According to the victim, he demanded moral and material compensation in the amount of 10 thousand UAH, but the administration “ATB” don’t feel the need to answer for the actions of their employees and refused to pay compensation. Now it’s law enforcement.
