Blue dogs are coming into the Indian city.
In the Indian city of Mumbai animal rights activists have noticed that the local stray dogs have become blue.
The change of fur coloration associated with the pollution of the local river where they swim and search for food, reports The Dail Mail.

Animal rights activists urge local officials to affect businesses that dump waste into the river.
